Josh is the founding Pastor of the Church of Celebration. He is the Lead Pastor, Speaker and Vision-Caster. Josh is married to Ginger and they have three wonderful kids... Isaac, Caleb and Charis. Danielle is our finance person. She is a genius with numbers. She is able to count well past 10. Danielle also has the audacious task of organizing our finances. Carrie Vargas is our amazing Technical Director. She is the conductor that makes Sunday awesome. Amidst the challenge of making COC rock on a Sunday she is also hard at work directing plays with community theater and managing the new Performing Arts Center in Maricopa. Duncan moved all the way from Sydney, Australia, to be a part of the COC team; that probably makes him insane. He heads our small groups ministries, youth ministries and technology ministries. Duncan is married to Carly, who is Australian as well; that makes her awesome. They also have a sweet dual citizen baby Ruby "JJ".
