Weekly Update

1/26/21

Hey Celebrators…

First of all, I want to say a huge THANK YOU for all your prayers, kind words, well wishes and encouragement during these past several weeks! I was hit pretty hard personally with Covid-19, along with the rest of my family. And as most of you know, my Dad, Clare Barrett, is HOME with Jesus, after his own battle with Covid-19. I can’t even begin to express our gratitude for our COC Family and for your support! My “Pop” lived a tremendous life and his passing has pointed so many people towards God’s Grace… exactly how he would have wanted! I’m personally re-gaining strength daily and look forward to being at 100% soon! I do ask humbly that you would please continue to pray for my Mama (Susie) and for the rest of our family in the coming months as his absence will definitely be tough at times.

Second, this email is also to communicate to each of you, our coming plans here at COC in regards to our Live Weekend Services. (First…) This coming week (Sunday, Jan 31st) we will be ONLINE ONLY for one more week at 9a, 10:45a and 5p. (Then…) The plans are for Sunday, February 07th to go back to a Live Face/Face Worship Service on Sundays at 9A ONLY! (Again… We will be moving to a ONE IN-PERSON SERVICE ONLY on Sunday’s at 9a – starting on Sun, Feb 07th!) We will still be offering C56 and CY Ministries (CYJH and CYSH Combined) during that 9a Hour! The ONLINE Services will also be on Sundays at 9am & 5pm only for this interim basis.

There are several reasons for this short-term change, and we believe this is the best plan for COC at this time! (But Don’t Worry! We most definitely will be bringing back that 2nd Sunday In-Person and Online Service in the future!) I wanna thank you so much in advance for your flexibility Celebrators!

This Sunday, Pastor Ben will be bringing a Special Message on The Beatitudes called BLESSED… so Don’t Miss it! You can check that out online at churchofcelebration.com/live.

We love you Celebrators, and look forward to worshipping with you this weekend – and seeing you face/face in the near future! I’m praying for each and every one of you!
